I am very confused. Am I supposed to download another version to update to or will that happen automatically when I “click to Start” data migration.

I cannot understand the voice on the video and am also having trouble with the information under “In-case data migration is not working please use following shortcode,”
I do not understand where and how to use the shortcode.

I put a lot of effort into creating my accordions for this page, https://unitedalloysrd.2ndlookgraphics.com/products/ only to find the “content missing” message.
I would really appreciate an easy to understand, step-by-step set of instructions for doing the migration.

After the WooCommerce update in September 2016 it is not compatible with GoDaddy Managed WordPress. When I attempted to update WooCommerce it broke the site. Luckily I had a back up to restore.

After checking with Godaddy I found that they are running on php 5.4 and as of 12/16/16 it has not been updated.

This is a serious problem since I am not able to update the WooCommerce plugins which can set me up for serious security issues.

I would strongly suggest that this be added to the instructions.

I was able to get the forms to configure finally.
The only thing that worked for me was
[your-name] <[email protected]>

Would the permissions setting affect only the Contact 7 plugin? All other plugins are updating without issue.

Also, if it is a permissions issue; 1) could that be what is causing the forms to not send? 2) What are the necessary permission setting to enable the form to send and to delete or update this plugin?

**Note** The forms were previously working fine. I last tested them in September.

Andrew, Divi is a prominent theme of Elegant Themes and I believe WordPress supports Elegant Themes.

Cornwell, My web host does operate with FTPS but it has since well before these sites were launched. The issue has only started to happen in the past couple of weeks. I have notified my hosting company and they are looking into the issue. I also noted that this is not happening with two of my Divi sites hosted on one of there servers, but is happening on all of the sites I have on the other server. That should help them to isolate the issue.

I will post here when the source of the problem has been discovered.

I cannot find the css file to edit for the widget. What is it called and is it located in the WordPress Editor?

I am kind of new to WordPress. I downloaded the previous version since the new one has caused my audio files to non longer play. I am not sure what I have to do to go back to this earlier version. Do I have to uninstall the 3.0 and if so how?
