Okay so I have received the below from our hosting provider:
Good Afternoon,
This migration has now been completed and your account has been copied to the new server, you can now use the following URL to login to your plesk control panel: https://cloud58.unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk:8443/
If you have any websites that are using external DNS you can set them to use the following IP and this will connect them to the account on the new server: 149.255.60.177

So I guess somewhere in Plesk / WordPress I need to update the IP address or something…? Any advice guys?
