Thanks for the reply but it solves nothing.

1.–See my first paragraph about uploading images to be “featured” images or otherwise. Violates Amazon’s Terms of Service and you will be banned for doing it.

2.–Taking an image from another source, i.e., publisher’s, would not be encoded with my affiliate link.

3.–Putting the Amazon link html coding copied from the Site Stripe directly into the page IS the problem, as described.

I hope this helps someone else who might be having the same problem.

Again, uninstalled, reinstalled, reactivated.

Requested downgrade to 4.9.7. Green confirmation that the new setting was changed to 4.9.7. Hit the next link, and after a few seconds, the second screen came up to say I had 4.9.9!!!! So it is NOT WORKING!

Andrew, can I delete the original TinyMCE and just use yours? If so, how do I delete it?

Or does yours build upon the original and require it to be in place?

I did install your plugin but it did not fix the problem.

My problem is that html on the Text side bringing in a graphic brings in only a small box placeholder and the graphic is not seen at all in the editing page or on the live site. All graphics brought in from the Media section are working as normal, “featured” graphics and those within a post.

I have run all kinds of tests, including disabling all plugins and switching themes. The problem persists.

It is against Amazon’s terms to upload their images to your site. Will get you banned. At least that is my understanding.

In my case, only images with the Amazon coding taken directly from their Site Stripe are not being seen. All other images are. After putting them into the Text tab, they do not show up in the Visual tab at all.

If I make a new post or page with a Featured image, it shows up. Past posts with images show the images. It is only the ones with the Amazon html coding that are the problem, in both Visual editor and on the front end. All that shows is a little box which does lead to the Amazon product page but who would know or be motivated to click it?

Saw somewhere to make a new Admin, it worked for them. But not for me.

I have done nearly everything I know to do, all to no avail. What am I missing? Why won’t the Amazon graphics show????

PS: I have done nothing except create content and update some plugins. Have not gone to WP5 at all. Everything is the same as it was when the images were showing.

I have a sudden problem. I created pages with Amazon affiliate links grabbed from the Site Stripe. Both the image of the book cover and then the text link. Now all of a sudden, the images are not showing up! Using Ninja Tables I put the image html in once cell and the text link to the right of it in the adjacent cell. It looked beautiful. Now all of a sudden the text is there but the cell for the image shows merely a little box. Which, if clicked does go to the product page. How do I get the images to show again? They did but suddenly stopped.

I have built other pages showing covers only which means now they are blank totally! Except for the little squares.

One more thing. Apparently it has nothing to do with Ninja Tables because I tried pasting the Site Stripe html into a page (text side) without Ninja and the image didn’t show there either.

I notice that there is something called Jetpack Lite or similar. Would I be better off using that instead, then picking and choosing which modules I want?

Does the whole package consume a lot of memory even when some of its parts are not being used?

I have removed that page as I do not want it showing. And that is not what I’m asking.

You have a section called “Installation” and a code in that. THAT is what is brief. That is very brief, all that is in there is that one code as an example.

You show many options to set but there is no page where I can SET the options. THAT is what I am asking. Where is the OPTIONS page?
