    Hi, I was not able to upload some of the media files (with Chinese file name) through the plugin, but was able to upload the same file from the Cloudflare Image backend .

    Here is the error message when I press [Not offloaded. offload?]

    ERROR 5411: The Custom ID is invalid. Custom IDs can include 1024 characters or less, any number of subpaths, and support the UTF-8 encoding standard for characters. Enter a new Custom ID and try again: invalid characters

    Hi @sipher1975,

    There’s a limit on the custom ID property. And the file name length + path are longer than the allowed length of 1024 character. If you disable “Keep media library structure” option in the plugin, this should start working. I’ll have a look at this and see how this can be fixed and still keep the library structure. Most likely, for longer paths, we will need to ignore the custom ID property, it won’t be as useful truncated anyways.

    Got it, I will just shorten the filename instead, as retaining the path structure is the only way to identify the image source.

    @sipher1975, I will mark this as resolved. I haven’t had any other similar reports, so I think it might be easier to just shorten the filename to be within the 1024 character limit.
