Which file? I cannot find these lines of code in the primary PHP file.

I cannot possibly tell a website visitor to “just wait a minute.” People want what they want right that minute on a website. How can I fix this issue?

I purchased the pro upgrade, downloaded and installed, but my plugin settings page still has “get the pro add on” showing. How do you integrate the pro version to the existing plugin?

If anyone else experiences this issue and your theme shows an author display box below the post, the fix is to disable the native “author vcard” and use instead the MGPC selections for author display. Then your sidebars won’t be pushed out of place. The plugin creates a conflict with the native author display.
