Thank you again for your time and feedback.
I actually went ahead and followed your instructions. Thankfully, ‘Welcome’ now is fixed, so is the slogan ‘Educational Consultancy’. However, the distortion of the slogan still remains if I set some size value in “Tab” view, whereas if I keep the size field blank in “Tab” view, “Mobile” view works as intended.
I think this is a temporary work around, and need the help of Elementor team to get the codes checked probably.
@boaz from Elementor is also helping me out from the support team, and hopefully, I get this issue resolved asap. Never struggled with such an issue so long!
Cheers!
SunandoThank you for your concern to help me, however, I don’t use Child Themes, neither I use Custom Code. I had WP Fastest Cache as Plugin and cleaned the cache many times.
Reverting back to the previous version of the GeneratePress Theme might not be required, as the theme developer themselves had confirmed there aren’t any issues of conflict with Theme code and my web page.Something to do it with CSS probably!
Thank you.
Hi @logologics,
I did try doing that, but all efforts went negative. Looks like it’s a stylesheet/CSS issue.
Had been suffering for some time now. I got it clarified by GeneratePress, and it isn’t a theme issue either.
Thanks.

UPDATE
Same issue with every other Elementor Updates. Deactivate all plugins, and Activate one by one. Ridiculous way of solving issues ?? Somehow, I solved mine, may be an issue with any security plugin, don’t know which one!
Thanks for no support after being a Pro customer ??
Hi phyzoul,
Can you try after deleting your browser cache and reloading the page?
Hope that helps.
Cheers!
SunandoHi jsj90,
The pleasure was mine to be able of any help.
I had been through these issues for quite some time now, and quite often these happen with Elementor Pro Updates I believe. So, I do the same thing as mentioned, and resolve them ??
Cheers!
HI jsj90,
I can provide 2 suggestions that work most of the time for me.
1) Clear Google Chrome cache (in case you’re using that browser).
2) This may be tedious, but all you need to do is deactivate all plugins except Elementor, and then activate one by one until you find the culprit plugin. Probably this is a plugins mismatch issueLet ya know.
Cheers ??
SunandoThanks for replying. I tried to reach through official site earlier once, with another issue. Never received a reply till date. So, thought if the community can help ??
Anyways, I will post there again, hoping for support!
Thanks
SunandoHi @arielk-1,
I indeed had an additional plugin “Page Templater For Elementor” which I was under the impression that it was by Elementor Team. However, after deactivating the plugin, I didn’t get any positive result. I am left with “Elementor Canvas” and “Custom Page Example” templates. So how do I go about for Full-Width pages in “Customizr” theme?
Thank you
SunandoI am using Customizr theme too, and I am facing a similar issue without any solution so far. Please check this link below to my website page:

I designed this page as per Elementor tutorial on youtube. Now, the issue is, whenever I go live with “Elementor FullWidth Standard” template, none of the images in my webpage gets displayed. The moment I switch to “Default” template, these images appear. And currently, I have kept my page on Default template so that at least the page looks normal. I am using WordPress 4.7.3 running Customizr theme version 3.5.11.
Do you have any clue, as Team Elementor (@boazpojo) didn’t respond yet, although I being a Pro member, and it’s more than 24 hours that I requested them to check the issue over support ticket ?? I hope they give a kind read to my issue!
Thanks
SunandoI have a similar issue with “Elementor Fullwidth Standard”. My images weren’t getting displayed. But if I switched to default template, it’s working fine! Not sure what’s the probable cause.
With Default Template:
