    Hello, Shahin,

    Thank you for your reply.

You’ve restated that with my current setup, using Post and Page Builder, I cannot place a logo and site title side-by-side in the header using the OceanWP theme without building a custom header in Elementor, which I don’t have installed. This to me is a design deficiency with the OceanWP theme.

In other themes, Astra for example, I can place a logo and site title side-by-side in the header. This seems like a very basic capability that the OceanWP theme designers overlooked.

The reason I switched from the Astra theme to the OceanWP theme is because the free Astra theme doesn’t allow me to apply a background color to the header.

A workaround would be for me to integrate the logo and site title into a single composite image, but then I would have to make sure the color in the background of the site logo text is exactly the same color as the header background color that I would apply in OceanWP after inserting the composite image.

I watched the video that you linked, but it would require me to switch from Post and Page Builder to Elementor. Again, this would be a workaround to deal with the absence of a very basic capability that the OceanWP theme designers overlooked.

At this point, I likely will search for another free theme that will allow me to a), place a logo and site title side-by-side in the header and b), apply a background color to the header.

If anyone knows of such a theme, please let me know. The site I’m building is for a nonprofit organization, so the costs have to stay low.

Thanks for the very helpful response, Jesse. Activating the Fullscreen editor (rather than the full-height editor) brought the table tools to the top for me.

I appreciate you submitting a ticket to address the issue I presented. You’ve been a tremendous help.

    Thanks again!

    Thanks, Jesse.

I toggled back and forth between checking and unchecking the “Enable full-height editor” box, but the table controls show up at the bottom of the table with both options.

This wouldn’t be too inconvenient for a small table, but my table has 60 rows, with an image in one cell of each row, resulting in a very long scroll-down that I need to execute to see the table controls each time I click in a cell near the top of the table.

I accidentally discovered that the table block toolbar was actually activating when I clicked in the table. However, it popped up at the bottom of the last row of a long (60-row) table, not at the point where I was clicking near the top of the table, as it should.

Can anyone offer a solution for getting the table block toolbar to behave properly?
