Currently when I login to WordPress Administration panel – where the Dashboard, Tools, Settings admin menus are – the link to Contact Form 7 options is under “Tools” administrative menu. I want to move the link to Contact Form 7 options to “Settings” administrative menu.

The link you provided doesn’t help, can you tell me what do I need to change in the code of the plugin to make the link to its options appear under Settings and not Tools?

I need to know how to move the link to Contact Form 7 from Tools to Settings in WP 2.71..
