Thanks for your reply can this be done in the file manager cause i can’t access the admin panel.

Right Click and open in new tab the file isn’t there ?? i do however have other plugins installed that aren’t on this list either any suggestions ??

Thanks for the reply but as said above i have already tried this and the folder isn’t there i’ve removed tables from the database to, restarted server, made sure all files have write permissions and its still coming back as file already exists so im lost usually these steps would fix it.

sorry to be a pest is there a support email address I can email instead its back to its old self its uploaded 25 pics problem free now the error is different from before now it says its uploaded but there isn’t anything there any help would be great thanks

the only bit of feedback I would give to improve it would be loading times on the pics is very slow could anything be done to speed this up.

yes I have tried allsorts although I have tried many others and in comparison this is miles better I noticed there was a recent update so I have updated and it’s working great now I just hope any future updates to wordpress don’t mess it up as its very frustrating when you find the product you want to use but bugs stop me from using fingers crossed it stays fix.

mine appears to be working if you go into the settings you can choose to upload from the media directory which is working for me to since i updated but i haven’t tried uploading in bulk as of yet but otherwise its working great for me.

@rachel are you sure you haven’t made changes which is causing the problems maybe try updating your short codes as the only problems i had with this plugin was uploading otherwise its been spot on.

right after speaking to my provider he has helped an i now have a fully working contact form ??

i dont know why it worked before with it but hes installed WP-SMTP-MAIL-CONFIG plugin configured my email and it works spot on now i dont know all the technical stuff he does but this was the solution for me so obviously it was never going to work again with out this plugin im just glad its over and done with.

i have tried alot from there from what i can see but i will have a full read through it tonight there maybe something that ive missed

mine was all configured and working on previous versions its only recent updates that i have had this problem i managed another site also with no issues (same versions) so i dont get it the only difference i found is the site that worked was with a cheap hosting package and the one that doesn’t work is installed on a expensive dedicated server package i have pretty much full control over and there is nothing i can see that would stop it working the email address used is from the same host/domain name which from what ive read is the most common error e.g change the from field to a email address from that same host example [email protected] most people solve their issue that way wheres mine just doesn’t work another forum suggested using easy smtp and setting up my email that way to allow emails to pass through but that doesn’t have enough settings to set up my account so it fails authentication i tried contact form builder that appears to be running with no issues but then i don’t receive the test email so im stumped on this one the thing thats bugging me is it will be something daft.

yes thats exactly what mine is doing apart from every now and then it will allow 1 pic to be uploaded which is a shame because its a very useful plugin otherwise, it allowed me to upload 3 pics earlier 1 by 1 but then it did exactly the same if it would allow the media directory to work that would be awesome.
