We’ll try to replicate this issue you are mentioning, just to confirm, you are have updated the software to its latest version right (extension as well if applicable)?

The license key data is stored at table WooCommerce order item meta, look for meta key like license_key.

The premium version consolidates all license keys on a lookup table for easy access, it also allows for custom patterns and manually added license keys.

Could you please explain further the issue you are having? Do you have an error log or something you can share with us?

Aside from these issues, we recommend checking your server’s IP status, if you are on shared hosting there is a possibility that your server has been labeled for having suspicious content (not necessarily coming from your website) and it has been blocked by your customers’ hostings.

Thanks for reporting it, we have fix and released this bug on the regular plugin version 1.3.6. Documentation have also been updated.

Your issue could be related to database settings and our latest schema having troubles from being created.
