What additional plugin was used to add “Donation Frequency”?

I have 3 sites on a shared server with Hostgator. Outdated sql server. Via Praveen, at Hostgator chat suppers. Here is the response:

“As of now, we do not have any update regarding the upgrade for MYSQL 8.0. However, I will ensure that your request is sent to the management. I cannot provide you an ETA on this. However, I sure that there must be plans to upgrade the MySQL version to 8.0”

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. I also cleared the cache prior.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I did try changing the font via Design>Bar. However, nothing happened. The bar color was able to change, but the font color and font size did not. I can change the button color and font size/color, but not the bar.

Has this been resolved? I am having the same problem. Here is what I attempted but to no avail:
1. Clearing the browser cache, but that didn’t work. I also have a plugin to purge all page cache, but that doesn’t work too. (I read some support tickets mentioning that worked)
2. Changed browsers – Chrome as well as Firefox, but same problem.
3. Loading earlier versions of the plugin, but couldn’t find a working file to upload.

I love the plugin, but it isn’t any use if I can’t select an element to modify.

Ok I set the “wp-config.php” file debug to false.
Also reactivated the Smart Form and Smart Donations plugins.
Also updated Smart Forms plugin.

Any assistance with error? I am not sure if the problem still exists, as the debug is off.

I disabled the plugins so that these error messages wouldn’t be shown at the top of the page.

Hi – I turned off the majority of the plugins and I still didn’t see the additional CSS window. Finally changed the theme to Twenty Nineteen and it then showed up. So there is a conflict with your plugin and the Moon Shop WordPress theme.

Thank you for your prompt response. Sorry for the vague description. I tried to change the format of the permalinks in the Juniper theme to accommodate the “?redirect_to=random” but it changed it to “redirecttorandom”. I tried to use the default permalink but it only inserted a page number.

So then I saw this post that said that you can insert the code so you won’t need to insert the “?” in the permalink.

From your last reply it looks like I can create a new custom permalink to include the “?redirect_to=random”. Is that right?

Thanks Edgar! It fixed the field width. However, it maximized the width space in the container. Is there a way to add a 20px padding left and right? I tried to add it but it affected some fields by pushing them inward past the 12 column fields. Then I tried to set a margin, but that pushed it outside the container.
