I didn’t understand, I saw the words saved, but then it probably only saved an entry field.
I would never have had to click enter for today’s field, it’s not very intuitive, it would be better to have a single save button that saves the entire line.

hi, I’m continuing to try, I also entered the prefix, but it keeps deleting and putting the default new meta key, I don’t understand where I’m wrong.

hi, thanks, yes I have already tried some of these plug ins, the problem common to all is that I don’t want to block the display of all the media, but only those loaded in a certain post type or only in a category, the real problem is that the media are not part of the post (they are not real attachments) but are separate posts and do not have a category.
I’m using a download manager plugin to block them, but it’s not as I would like, because when I upload a file to my custom post type I have to remember to put 2 checks to make it protected.
Instead, I would like the media uploaded in a specific post type to be automatically protected, without having to tick, also because I won’t have to take care of the site and the people in charge could forget or get tired of taking extra steps to always tick, above all it could become more cumbersome than the previous Joomla CMS which did everything automatically.
The plugin blocks the media well but it is not possible to automatically set the post type as I do with the other plugin which instead blocks the display part of the posts (Ultimate member)
Do you have any ideas?

thanks, just as I feared, you have to create a variation for each color!
this is unmanageable considering that there are also sizes (total 6) or dimensions (total 7) that may not be available in addition to the material (total 3) or color (10).
and what should I do to make one unavailable? generate over 1000 variations? I’m realizing that the variable products part is managed really badly compared to others, it should be improved.
It would be enough to be able to select even more attribute terms in a single variation or make better use of “any variation” to make everything simpler and more functional!

and how could the export import plugin help me?

@wizy80 Thanks for the reply, so if I wanted to make only one color of the variations unavailable, in this case should I make 10 color variations with the same price and make only one unavailable?
the alternative is to remove the attribute, but it is no longer seen among the choices (on my site there is a waiting list for out-of-stock products, but if I do it this way it’s useless), add it every time it becomes available again.
