Zotpress citations displayed in non-alphabetical order

First of all, I want to say I am impressed with and grateful for your plugin and your prompt service to users. I am just beginning to use Zotpress for our new website that is currently in development.

I have used your suggested shortcode to display a collection of references in Zotpress. My list of references appears in alphabetically in my library when viewed within Zotpress, but once it is published on the WordPress page, the list shows up non-ordered. It is neither alphabetical, or by year.

How to do get my list of references to display in alphabetical order by the first author’s last name?

Because out site is still in testing phase I don’t have a public link. Please let me know if I can provide further information to help with troubleshooting.
