Zopim Not Showing Properly On Custom Post Type

Zopim is not showing properly on custom post type pages, like https://rentalbookingsoftware.com/docs/quick-getting-started-guide/
Right now I’m in invisible mode, however for some reason it shows “leave a message” though I have zopim configured to be invisible when I’m not online rather than show leave a message. It works fine for the rest of the website.
