I have just purchased pro version for 10 sites and am very disappointed to find that
zoomed images can only be placed left or right resulting in the bottom images on the above page are not fully onscreen.
Also how do I leave the zoomed image onscreen while viewers scroll the page.
I accept I might be having teething problems but other that I am not happy with my purchase.

    Thank you your quick response.
I’m happy with the zoom left/right settings, however I really do think there should be a top/bottom position facility. The zoom of images close to the bottom of a page are not fully visible.
Your quick attention to my query is appreciated.

Now I understand what you meant by “leave the zoomed images while viewers scroll the page”. You wanted a solution for the bottom images.

Normally you can scroll the page with the mousewheel when the zoom window is open, but if the “zoom on mousewheel” option is enabled, then it hijacks the page scrolling action.

What do you think would be a better solution for your problem?
    1. To make such “zoooom zoooom-top” and “zoooom zoooom-bottom” CSS classes that can be applied on the images or
    2. to make the zoom window responsive to the browser’s height?

The first solution (I think this is the solution you had in mind) might give a certain inconsistency to the page.

The second solution might solve the problem also for the other images. For example, this is a screenshot for the top images when the page is fully scrolled to the top. By “zoom window responsive to the browser’s height” I mean it to behave as in this screenshot (the zoom is on the same image and on the same position).

Let me know which solution makes sense to you and I’ll implement it within two days, free of charge.

Once again, thank you for your quick reply.I think the second screen shot (solution 2)(https://www.silkypress.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/screenshot3.png) is the winner. All I want is for the zoomed image to appear in FULL on any given screen.
I was originally thinking of CSS styling margin-top:?px etc. or y=??? or whatever but then, as a development company, far be from me to be dictating things to you.
(That doesn’t sound right but hope you understand.)
While I do appreciate and accept your offer to implement the solution, I would like you to know that I’m not a freeloader.
Due to your attention to me please ignore original criticisms….

It’s not about “freeloader” or “criticism”. If you found this problem, then there are big chances other customers will encounter it too, so it’s better to implement a good solution than just plaster it or ignore it.

I’ll get back to you on Friday.

I’ve sent instructions via email on how to update to the 1.27-beta1 version, where a solution is implemented.
