Zoom registration cannot be found

  • I have WP Version 6.0.2, Events Manger Version 6.1.2.1 and Events Manager – Zoom Integration 1.5 installed. “Event Email Reminders” does not display direct link to the Zoom meeting #_BOOKINGZOOMJOINLINK in the email sent out. It only displays a “#” and nothing else.
    When I go to the WP Dashboard and view an individual booking for the event I see the following message in the Zoom Join Link.
    “Something is wrong, a related Zoom registration cannot be found. To correct this, you can resync this booking with Zoom.”
    Their is a button indicating “Synchronize booking on Zoom.com”
    When I click on it I get the following message.
    “Booking has been synchronized with Zoom Meeting”
    I look for the the link and it still does not display.
    Does anyone know how to resolve this?
