    Hello,

Thanks for your plugin, however, I’m finding the zoom function not working on certain Elementor images. The images in question are the menus towards the bottom. (Interestingly, we have a sister site using the same plugin stack, page builder, and wordpress version and it is working okay there.. see https://tapabar.ca)

The WP Zoom Image plugin version is 1.52.1 and I’m using WordPress 6.1.1 and the latest version of Elementor.

I’ve verified that the .zoooom class is on the image element in the back-end editor, but for some reason, when I check the zoom functionality on the front end, it’s not there, despite having the class applied to the code.

Can you please take a look and let me know what you think the problem is?

    Thanks a lot,

    David

    Hello David,

would you try uploading larger images? The size of the two menu images is 656x1080px when uploaded to the website and presented on the website at 920x1514px. They are already stretched by the browser. The zoom effect would be very blurry, as they will be further stretched.

You could resize the images to maybe 1380x2271px and then upload them again to the website. Then the zoom effect should work alright.

    Regards, Diana
