Zoom Magnifier Loading message hangs Worpress & WooCommerce)

Same here.
Wordpress 5.51 and Woocommerce 4.5.2

V1.3.16 functions correctly – so have restored to this version.

V1.3.17 hangs with “Loading” dialogue and stops product variations working (can’t select them).

After the update, I had the same problem . I followed the advice and restored the plugin to version 1.3.16. Works.

As per Duquesne … after updating tho latest version, the same problem remains.
So the issue has not been fixed.

The problem remained. Version 1.3.18 doesn’t work. I had to go back to the old version 1.3.16 again.

We tested it and works with zoom and also with the gallery images.

Version 1.3.19 works with twenty nineteen theme but absolutely not with nast woocommerce theme and the childtheme.

1.3.19 Works for me with furnilife theme. Maybe clean cache, etc …

Still does not work.
Perhaps you can share some light as to why it was failing or what your fix was so we can look at it ourselves???

We have been making some tests and for us, it is working correctly. Could you provide us more info in order to try to find the origin of the problem, please? Maybe an error in the browser console or something similar would help to find the problem.

You can look at any product page at weigh.com.au.
And, if you look at them, there is no CONSOLE Error, or anything that can help us identify.
Only thing we have found is tat it might be a conflict with the Digitech Theme Zoom Magnifier.
eg. https://weigh.com.au/product/qcc30-coin-counter-machine/
And also, none of the thumbnails will go to the main image window if clicked on.
ie. if you click on one of the thunmbnail images on the above page, the thumbnail does not go to the main product image section so you cant view any thumbnails in larger size.
