Zoom code not working

I have tried many different times putting the zoom code in the adjust my zoom level on my map, but cant get it to change.

This is the code I’m using:

[nwm_map id=”3″ height=”700″ width=”1200″ zoom=”3″]

I try using the zoom code itself [nwm_map zoom=”3″]

and it still doesn’t change anything.

what else can I do to get it to work?
