Zoom and Pan controls not working

I have disabled the controls on the live site but a copy can be seen here with the problem still evident:

Hi, I have the latest (v3.7.1) WordPress and I can confirm that the controls work for me.

Having said that, I have very basic theme and hardly any plugins. Did you update anything else apart from WordPress itself? Some plugins maybe? If yes, which one?

What version of wordpress did you have before?

To answer your question, yes, I did recently update many plugins at the same time as the WordPress version. The site has quite a few plugins. I suppose the only way of finding out which may be the problem is to go through and turn them off one by one and test again… right?

Ok. So it turns out it was not another plugin but the theme that is the problem. I switched to Twenty Thirteen theme and the map controls worked.

I have contacted the Theme authors for some guidance but as my technical skills are limited, if they are unwilling to help, I shall have to switch plugins unfortunately. I haven’t found another that is able to handle both addresses and/or lat/long coordinates and has as much flexibility as well as this one.

What is the name of your theme? Are you able to provide me a link to the live site with the map?

The Theme is Hot Hotel. I purchased it from Hot themes some time ago.

Is there a limit on the number of times the plugin can be used in a site?
I have a different map widget for each hotel (about 13 at this stage).
