    Just to have a better understanding, are you referring to shipping zones or something different? If not shipping zones, could you please share more context on this so that we can be able to assist you effectively?

    Just to clarify, are you saying that a particular region is missing, or is it that the option to select any region is completely unavailable? For better assistance, can you provide screenshots showing the issue on your end?

    Rest assured, I’ve checked everything on my testing site, and it all seems to be working perfectly, just as we expected!

    If you can’t select the region, it might be due to a conflict with one of your plugins or your theme. To troubleshoot, please try temporarily deactivating all your plugins except for WooCommerce to see if the problem persists. If that resolves the issue, reactivate your plugins one by one until you identify the one causing the conflict.

    If deactivating plugins doesn’t help, try switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four to rule out a theme conflict.

    It looks like the field to select regions is not loading on your site.
    This could be due to a plugin conflict.

    Could you tell me when this issue started?
    Were any changes made to the site that might have triggered this issue?

    Are you seeing any JS error in the browser’s console?
    Here are the steps to check for JS errors.
    If you find any, share a screenshot with me.

    Lastly, I suggest performing a conflict test.
    That will clarify where the problem lies and how to fix that.

    Hi So I changed the theme it wasn’t the theme, deactivated all the plugins etc and it turns out it is Gutenberg with the conflict.

    Gutenberg should not be causing this, and I’m not able to replicate this on my end.

    Do you mind sharing more details about how you tested this so we can investigate this further?

    If you have only WooCommerce active, does the issue persist?
