My client purchased a single site license.

I assumed I just log into his wordpress site and Add plugin and follow the instructions to connect Zoho Books.

After a few days trying to get Sales Orders to work, I only succeeded with Contacts. Looking at the Plugin, it shows the “Go Premium” link. Does that mean I’ve been actually screwing around with the FREE version?!

How do I installed my client’s purchased premium version?

    Hey @djtsystems,

Looks like you are still on the free version.

    1. Remove the free version.
    2. Go to our site at https://www.crmperks.com
    3. Log in with the u / p we emailed you when you purchased.
    4. Download
    5. Instill the new version.
    6. Add the Licence Key.

    Thank You – Sam

    Thanks Samer!

I checked out the screenshot you gave me. It’s proof positive that I have the free version as my steps in the feed end at #5…no step 10.

My client purchased it but shared no email with me of the u/p. I’m waiting for him to respond to messages about this.

    Thanks again, Samer.

Now that my client passed me the information I needed, this all makes sense now. He didn’t know he needed to send me his login so I can download the premium version and use the license key in his account.

Well, that’s on me as I should’ve known to ask him.
