Zoho Pop-up form

I am trying to set up a Pop-up form on a wordpress site.
and I am having troubles trying to pull this off. Cannot find anything on the zoho site other then the “share option” and no popup settings. Do I need to go through another third party app (like zapier) to make this happen or am I missing something? Seems like it should be pretty cut and dried and simple to do.
