    Hello, I have just purchased the Zoho Mail addon. I set it all up and seemed to be working ok. But then it stopped and so I reset everything. I am using the Zoho Mail API connection and now whenever I send a test message I get the following error message:

    Code: 400, Message: Bad Request, Body: {“data”:{“errorCode”:”INVALID_TICKET”,”moreInfo”:”Invalid ticket”},”status”:{“code”:400,”description”:”Invalid Input”}}

    I have troubleshooted this over and over and I can’t find out where the issue could be or why as my setup was the same as when it was first working? Is there any direction as to what might be causing this?

    Hi @smakazmi15 so overall I’ve not been able to get it to work with the API connection process. However, through simple SMTP I realised I needed to generate an app specific password for Post SMTP. So now it is working and honestly, I don’t have the time to troubleshoot the API process. So lets just wrap this as closed. However, of course I don’t know if it really works or not or is fixed. Key for me is, mails are flowing. Thanks
