Zoho inventory integration question

  • Hi,
    I would like to get the sales orders in Zoho Inventory from orders in WooCommerce. How do I set this up? I am following this tutorial:

    – Go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Zoho then Connect your zoho Inventory account.
    – Create a Zoho Inventory feed then map zoho Inventory fields to WooCommerce Order fields.
    – Open any Order and click “Send to Zoho Inventory” button.
    – New Woocommerce Orders will be auto sent to zoho Inventory.

    I have successfully completed the first step, but I don’t understand the second one. What is a “Zoho Inventory feed” and how do I create it? Do I need a paid version for my requirement?

    With the Zoho Inventory Feed. You need to make sure you have the correct object selected.

    @sbazzi I have found it. I see that for sales order, pro version of the plugin has to be used. Can you elaborate on how to get the demo of the pro version? I have tried but I can’t make it work

    @sbazzi We have bought the pro version and I have successfully installed the plugin and did the step “Create a Zoho Inventory feed then map zoho Inventory fields to WooCommerce Order fields.”
    The problem is that I don’t see the “Send to Zoho Inventory” button. I only see “Send to Zoho” button, which doesn’t send the order to the inventory.

    Hey @mbubiquityrobotics,

    Go to WooCommerce > Settings and from there, you will see our tab,

    You will see a bunch of options for Sync and so forth,

    @sbazzi thanks for the help, now it works when I press “Send to Zoho” button.
    The problem now is that this functionality doesn’t work: “New Woocommerce Orders will be auto sent to zoho Inventory.” When I create a new order, it isn’t sent to the inventory automatically. In the inventory feed I have set “When to send orders to Zoho” to “When user submits the order”
