Zoho Campaigns Connection ERROR

Hello,
We are trying to install and connect the Zoho Campaigns with Zoho.
When I press connect it seems like it is working. After that, I am pressing proceed (WooCommerce), connect store Assent (this is a translation from Arabic) and I am getting “Error: missing operator app_name.” (translation again).
