Zlib conflict

I started getting a 502 Bad Gateway error from Cloudflare for my site, www. skymania.com. To fix it, Siteground added this line to php.ini:
zlib.output_compression = on

However, this produced the following warning:

Warning: ob_start(): output handler ‘ob_gzhandler’ conflicts with ‘zlib output compression’ in /home/skymania/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/far-future-expiry-header/far-future-expiration.php on line 73

Siteground therefore advised me to deactivate your plugin, but said to ask whether you might be able to suggest any server-side changes that would resolve the conflict.
