Zippay Not calculating Cart Total

HI

i have just installed ZIPMONEY plugin in and configured the account unfortunately the shopping cart is not working as required

i have an admin fee plugin for the addition of admin charges to all orders (https://woocommerce.com/products/payment-gateway-based-fees/) zipmony is not picking up the addition of the fees and is only picking up the shipping and item costs as part of the order

can you please resolve
