Ziplist and this plugin?

For SEO purposes, is it a bad idea to use Ziplist? I’m asking because in the Yoast SEO “page analysis” of each of my blog posts with recipes, it says that I have too few words and that the keyword is not in the text, but that’s not the case. A large portion of the words in that post is in the recipe (in the ziplist plugin), and the keyword is there also.
