    Hi,

    On my client website we use the plugin, to grant also the iDeal payment gateway. The problem is, that if I setup/use some valid address during the (test) checkout process, than I receive Billing Postcode / ZIP is not a valid postcode / ZIP error message.
    I tried to remove the validation with some additional code in the functions.php, but in vain, the new error message was: LocalPayment window failed to open; make sure startPayment was called in response to a user action.
    Can you please solve the problem? (The website is not public yet).

    Thank you very much!

    Can you please provide me with the address you’re using to test the iDEAL payment gateway?

    Thanks

    Hi @webreneszansz,

    If you look on any of the Braintree plugin’s settings pages you will see a help icon. Click it and it allows you to send a support request directly to use. You should use that to send us any admin details.

    Per my last request, I don’t necessarily need your website, just the address you were using to test. That way I can test that address on my website.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

    Sorry, I use the latest version of the plugin, but I don’t see any help icon on the setting page. I found one support email address on the plugin list page, in the summary of the plugin (version, createb by…)

    Can you help me, were is this icon?

    Thank you very much!

    @webreneszansz,

    The support email you see on the plugins page is the correct one. Please send an email to us using that address.

    Thanks,

    @webreneszansz,

    Thanks for the email. You still did not provide me with the address you are using to test. I need that address so I can try and recreate any errors you’re getting.

    Thanks,

    Update: an incorrect postal code was being entered by the user which was failing the WooCommerce postal code validation.

    The second issue was related to the user not allowing pop-ups in their browser. I used a correct postal code and allowed pop-ups and the iDEAL payment method worked as expected.

    Thanks,
