Zip files on wordpress

Hello

I am trying to save a zip file in the media library.

I get a message saying “Unexpected response from the server.”

The same files load independently but I need them to be available as one zip file.

I saw a couple of tutorials to “fix” this but it involved code and I am not competent to do that.
