Zip file from desktop to publisher

  • I got to #3 then hit a wall. I don’t even understand 3,4 & 5. Three hours with no results is insane. How do I get from the zip file shortcut on my desktop to being able to publish my podcast (I understand the English language; but not code so I’m lost). Thanks.
    1.Download the Podlove Publisher Plugin to your desktop.
    2.If downloaded as a zip archive, extract the Plugin folder to your desktop.
    3.With your FTP program, upload the Plugin folder to the wp-content/plugins folder in your WordPress directory online.
    4.Go to Plugins screen and find the newly uploaded Plugin in the list.
    5.Click Activate Plugin to activate it
