Hi there! I really love this plugin and use it for our digital downloads that come with our band’s LP.

However, I just noticed it no longer downloads a zip file. The link comes up with the right name, but the downloaded file is simply called “internalempires.com” and it is a document file. The size is correct to what the zip file should, but it’s not able to be opened.

Any idea? This means all the download codes we’ve given out are not working. I’d be happy to provide you with a link and download code if it helps.

    Thanks so much!

  • I’m having the same issue. Too bad because this was a great plugin while it was working properly!

The last plugin update is a long time ago, so it could also be related to browser changes. Which browser types and versions are affected?

@misanthrop: I’m using Safari 6.1.6 on Mac. It actually does seem to work on Firefox though, which is good.

    Hi,
Its a fab idea for an app and I was very excited to get it up and running. But unfortunately its doing the same as the guys have mentioned above. Is there anything I can do to make this run smoothly?
    Cheers

It most probably to do something with the HTTP headers, I would love to apply a fix if I would just happen to know what goes wrong in Safari/MAC (and I don’t have a MAC to try it out). Could you send me snapshots of your HTTP headers / network trace in Safari?
