    Hi,

    i try to make an evaluation of this plugin before buying the premium version.

    I tested the backup on my local environment with a copy of my website and all worked well.

    Installing and testing it on my active website gives the following(multiple) errors:

    The attempt to close the zip file returned an error (Unknown: ZipArchive does not return error messages). List of files we were trying to add follows (check their permissions).

    What can cause this problem?

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the backup log?
    This log can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard.

    The contents will be too long to paste here directly, but you can use an online tool such as pastebin and post the link here
