Zip downloads result in cpgz file

    I use “Email before download” with Download Monitor and some users get a .cpgz file instead of the zip.
    I tried several apps to pack the zip: Keka, Mac Bom archive and YemuZip, its all the same.
    The users are all using Macs and its the same in different browsers.
    Any ideas why this happens?

  • Hello @zetona,

    This is strange. I would suggest testing without using “Email Before Download” plugin, i.e. just with a default download link using our plugin. Let us know if that works.
