Zip code field order

The address field is setup to display the zip code BEFORE city, state
433 River Street, 12180, Troy, NY, USA
This is not proper address order and I would like the zip code to display AFTER city, state (433 River Street, Troy, NY, 12180 USA).
How can this be acheived?
