ZILLOW IDX SERVER FOR DSIDXPRESS PLUGIN DOWN 04/18/16 LOTS OF DAILY 500 ERRORS

What’s the deal with Google Webmaster Console reporting so many idx pages on 500 error status on a daily basis?
Do you guys have programmed your server to refuse or go down when receiving heavy crawling from google?
The problem is that when your server generates a 500 error instead of showing the listing your plugin takes control over the website with a wp_die just showing a blank page and this is very bad for visitors, but worse when google is crawling.
Blank page with “We’re sorry, but we ran into a temporary problem while trying to load the real estate data. Please check back soon.” is all you get
It is a well known issue that your idx listing server goes down many times( not excuse for that when the owner of this plugin is up and running “zillow.com”, just today Monday 04/18/16 your IDX server has been down several times for several hours, this causes everyday getting a report from google with many idx pages on 500 error status.
Any hopes zillow will improve the idx server or continuing to provide the poorest idx server in the industry to realtors and the public is the the only option to expect from zillow’s dsidxpress?
I encourage everybody using this plugin to go to webmaster tools (google seach console) to check under crawl errors and check how many IDX pages (listings) you have reported there, it would be interesting to know.
If you could at least disclose what are the hours that your server goes down
How does google interprete a website with so many pages on 500 error status on every crawling?
Does it affect a site’s overall ranking specially when it happens daily?
This is not a once in a lifetime issue it happens every time google crawls a site using a site using DSIDXPRESS for a percentage of IDX urls and we are not talking here 404 errors for expired listing, this is coming from your idx server not displaying an active listing, a city or tract.
Either you improve you server to serve all listings , all cities at all times or you need to inform the different realtor boards that you don’t have the capacity to serve the mls feeds as an idx vendor and that many listings either won’t show or be on 500 status affecting the IDx exposure for many many sellers . Behind every listing that you serve 500 errors there are contracts between the property owners and realtors and when owners select idx for their property they rely on the mls and subsequentely on the IDX vendors.
There’s no excuse for an idx vendor to have such an old known issue for so long and to serve the boards and realtors so poorly especially if the idx vendor is the same company the hosts the biggest real estate site in the United States zillow.com with a 100% up time
