.zif file problem.

    Hello!
    I can’t import the image created in my wordpress site.
    I just don’t understand the process.
    I created the image with the tool and I find myself with a folder that contains other folders with photos and an xml file.
    In the guide I read about .zif files to import, but there is none in the folder!
    Could you explain me how to upload the folder? Thanks!

    Hi Lollai,

    In order to create .zif files, you need Zoomify Express or one of the other paid Zoomify packages. You cannot create .zif files with the free Zoomify package.

    I cannot help you with Zoomify product related questions (or complaints). Please contact Zoomify with those. This package only works with .zif files and not with uploaded folders.
