    Hi

I have just discovered the Zettle Plugin for WordPress\WooCommerce. It looks like this works by syncing from WordPress to Zettle. As I already have my products setup in Zettle Go how do I reliably import from Go to WordPress? Obviously I don’t want to break my Zettle Go App as it is now in commercial use!

I signed up for the Selz transfer as I thought this was the only way to maintain my product sales page on my website but I do not need the additional commerce page Selz provides and find it not particularly intuitive to use .

All further advice in this process would be much appreciated

    Hello @mainstage,

For the launch of the plugin, the focus was placed on copying an existing WooCommerce product library to Zettle and then keep the stock between the two in sync.
This means if a sale happens locally in Zettle, the stock in WooCommerce will update and the other way around as well.
You can find more information in our getting started guide:
    https://zettle.inpsyde.com/docs/getting-started-with-zettle-pos-integration-for-woocommerce/

That being said, the ability to sync your Zettle products to WooCommerce is planned for a future update, but there is no set timeline yet.
It may be possible to import your Zettle products to WooCommerce with an export file from Zettle. But this export file needs many adjustments to be in a compatible format for WooCommerce. Here you can read more on the product import process: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-import-suite-importing-products
More flexible import plugins like WP-All-Import might be able to create the products according to the export file, but this is not something we currently recommend.
Depending on the number of products, it might be best to create them manually and then sync them over to Zettle. As long as you don’t choose “Replace Zettle library” during the sync, your existing Zettle products will not be touched.
But for now, the plugin expects a WooCommerce product library to sync over to Zettle.
In any case, we are always happy to hear your feedback and about potential features you would like to see.

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
