• Didn’t expect to be back to do a review after 1 year of using it. We manage to set it up last time without any support. The plugin seems to have an error now which we sent 2 support tickets on a different day since we do not want to be seen as spam. Both haven’t got a reply even after a few days. Is the company still even alive? If I had known this company gives such poor support I would have canceled them from day 1. This is thrash! Can somebody teach me how to give it zero star?

    First, please acept our apologizes for the issues you had experienced with the Plugin.

    The plugin has been adquired by a new company and we’re doing our best in order to improve both, the plugin’s coding and the support.

    We will be lanching a new version within few days, the new version will have a major update, this is because some jQuery functions were deprecated recently, also we have to adapt the coding for the new WP Version 5.6.

    We’re working around the clock in order to upload a much better version of the plugin ASAP.

    Once again, I am very sorry to learn about the issues and bad experience on the past with the plugin.

    Your review is highly appreciate, it helps us to know where exactly we have to improve.
