Hi! We were getting nailed with spam and when all else failed, your plugin worked. Unfortunately, it’s blocking our ability to track conversions. I’m not sure how to resolve this any advice/guidance? I’d really appreciate it!

    Hello @dogstarweb

Can you please give us more details about how Zero Spam is blocking your conversion tracking?

I don’t really have details. What I know is that everything worked fine. Then, after installing your plugin, it stopped. I’ve since installed Gravity Forms Analytics Add on and it’s working again. It may be something you want to test, though.

@rafaehlers Hi there… So, I resolved the issue but – what I would like to say is that I just discovered the plugin is not blocking spam. It seemed to slow it down a bit but my client reported today they are still receiving spam leads. We created a new Google Ad campaign and got nailed with click fraud spam from bots. They are scraping real people’s info and using local IPs. Is this something your plugin helps with? Is there something I can share with you that will show you whether it’s working or not?

@dogstarweb the reality is that Zero Spam was very useful in the past, but ever since then Gravity Forms introduced several security enhancements to the forms that helped avoid more spam, sort of rendering Zero Spam unnecessary anymore. The plugin has very basic functionality. For further protection we recommend using Akismet with this add-on: https://www.gravityforms.com/add-ons/akismet/

    I hope that helps.
