Zero sized reply

I had someone complain to me a few weeks ago that they were getting “blog not found” after commenting.

Someone e-mailed me the exact error message:

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL:
https://www.spaghettiharvest.com/wp-comments-post.php

The following error was encountered:
Zero Sized Reply

Squid did not receive any data for this request.

I have not changed anything. There have been a few times where I have posted new entries and I get a blank page, I have to re-load it.

Suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated.
