Zero-Sized Backups (Can’t Restore)
-
Hi there – I’ve installed Updraft Plus (free version) on maybe between 30 and 40 sites now, and this has worked really well for us until recently. Lately any time we try to recover a backup, we get the same error: “File was found, but is zero-sized.” If we check via FTP, the files in /wp-content/updraft really are all 0kb. I’m just baffled – not 100% sure if it’s across all of our sites, but definitely every one we’ve tried in the past few months. We always end up having to contact our web host to recover their most recent one, but that way we usually end up losing more recent changes.
I’m not great at reading logs, but the most recent one in that directory does seem to be acknowledging file sizes (see below for link). I also included a screenshot of the errors when trying to recover that most recent backup (2/22), if that helps. Have you seen this elsewhere before and do you know what I might be able to do?
Files are here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/tjay4n21yq5ckg4/AAAcFjjpwMGqH1DYQw82F57ea?dl=0
Thanks in advance for any help out with this mystery!
