Zero response to useless plugin

Having purchased the “Pro” version I immediately ran into issues.

Firstly, there is no way to alter how many columns display when using Circles. I need circles and this (alongside the supposedly wonderful “support”) was why I purchased the plugin.

Secondly, the Effect I wanted doesn’t work. Simple as. Several that do “work”, simply don’t accept customisation of colours and many have no hover effect so again useless. Mobile display only allows one column and I require two. Works OK if you want Squares (which I don’t!).

I have emailed the author twice with zero response. I shall be filing for a refund with Paypal and have wasted valuable time with this. Deadlines are looming and I’m not impressed at all. Real shame as if it was working it could look very nice indeed.
