ZERO quota? Restrict NEW USERS?

  • Perhaps I’m missing something, but can we have a ZERO quota for Private Messaging Quota Restrictions? I want to set the quota to 0 for blocked users for instance.

    Also often times new users come in and spam the group. Perhaps a setting to restrict new users would be useful. I’ve seen it requested before.
