Zero Padding on navigation (on Microsoft IE/Edge)

Tried on multiple computers using this theme, even with default CSS the header navigation aligns to the left.

ON INTERNET EXPLORER/MICROSOFT EDGE ONLY, BUG BEEN HERE AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER
Also this site https://www.artnookaiken.com/ using the same theme weirdly doesn’t have this bug…
