Zero-leading numbers and Excel

Thanks for the great plugin. You have put a lot of work in it.

Could you add the ‘0’ character into the remove_vulnerability() so it can export zero-leading phone numbers in an Excel-“I’m clever”-proof way?

I added it to the in_array() and switched the function’s third parameter $strict to TRUE. That did the trick, but it’s now adding apostrophes to every leading zero. So perhaps it needs to be done separately with a check if there are only numbers in the value.
