Zero effort to fix the plugin.

Update (Aug ’24): I’m happy to say that the issue has been resolved. However, I wonder if the Duitku team might consider ways to improve the response, accuracy, and speed of updates.
I reported that the Duitku plugin could not calculate the checkout total correctly (we added a “checkout fee” with our own code), but Duitku did not respond well. They insisted that it was our code that was wrong, we responded back by sending our code, proved that we tried with other payment gateway plugins and did not find any errors, other payment gateways were able to correctly calculate the checkout total as we expected. It’s been weeks but there is no fix for this error, they also blame WooCommerce for their incompetence in creating this plugin.
Their customer service is also very bad at handling technical crises like this, if you can’t answer, immediately redirect to the technical team, jangan sok tahu.
