Zero configuration, very fast

  • Installed this yesterday to do some testing. Pages served from Surge’s cache appear to be almost as fast as Nginx’s fastcgi_cache. The TTFB for uncached pages average at around 100ms. Surge reduces that to ~12ms. Nginx manages 11ms, and you can use both simultaniously.

    Initially I was just going to do some tests and go back to my previous setup, but I think I’ll keep this active. Excellent work, thank you!
