• I am using a photo gallary WP plugin and would really like to store my pictures in the cloud.

I tried Azure and that was slow and clunky. Not sure if it the plugin or Azure itself. I had it setup and working. But then started getting zero byte downloads from the photo album plugin. Not sure what changed — it wasn’t doing this initially.

I wiped out all my photo galleries and started over. If I store the pictures locally, I am able to download fine. Tested that after I wiped everything out and removed the Azure plugin.

I added Amazon Web Services and WP Offline. The upload and viewing performance of my photo galleries is really good. However, I am back to zero byte downloads.

Support at Envira Gallery (photo album plug-in) doesn’t know why this is happening. Wondering if you had any ideas??

If WP Offline, I have remove from server turned on because my desire is to use cloud storage. I see the warning that some plugins won’t work. At one downloads did work from the cloud, so I don’t think it is a case of Envira Gallery not supporting the cloud storage.

Unfortunately we’ve found that Envira Gallery doesn’t play nice with any remote files, it currently expects the files to exist locally and doesn’t use the WordPress API to get a proper reference to an attachment’s URL.
